All our conference packages include venue hire and the following equipment:
- Overhead projector
- Screen suitable for venue size
- Whiteboard and pens (4 colours: red, blue, green, black)
- Flipchart and pens (4 colours: red, blue, green, black)
- Additional equipment can be arranged as required
Our packages also include:
- Water and peppermints on the tables
- Writing pads and pens
- Use of bar facilities following the conference

- Rates quoted and accepted in writing by the client with a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total quotation will apply.

- 50% of total cost of stay if cancelled within 8 weeks of the event.
- 75% of total cost of stay if cancelled within 6 weeks of the event.
